At Best Fitters, we begin processing orders almost immediately to ensure the fastest possible delivery of your premium apparel. Because of this streamlined process, there are strict time limits on when an order can be canceled.

Customer-Initiated Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order within a short grace period after purchase, provided the order status meets certain criteria:

Key Conditions:

24-Hour Full Refund Window: If you contact us via email within 24 hours of placing your order, and the order has not yet been routed to our fulfillment center, we will process a full refund (100% of the purchase price).

10% Processing Fee: Requests received after 24 hour but before 48 hours will incur a 10% cancellation fee. This covers the costs already incurred for order preparation, payment processing fees, and allocation of inventory. The remaining 90% will be refunded.

Final Stage: Once an order is marked as “Shipped,” “Complete,” or has received a tracking number, cancellation is not possible. You must wait for the item to arrive and then initiate a return through our standard Return Policy.

Refund Processing
If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

Timing: Refunds are processed immediately upon approval. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the funds to be reflected in your original payment method (bank account or credit card), as processing times are controlled by your bank, not Best Fitters.
