Returns & Exchange Policy

At Best Fitters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please read and follow the guidelines below. This policy applies to all purchases made on bestfitters.com.

Return Eligibility Window

All returns must be shipped back to our facility within 7 days of initiating the return request. Returns received outside this window will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet all the following criteria:

  • Unused and Unworn: The item must be in its original, brand-new condition, free of any visible signs of wear (e.g., deodorant marks, stains, smells, animal hair, or wash marks).

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Final Sale Items: Items purchased during clearance sales, marked as “Final Sale,” or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. These sales are final.

The Return Process

A. Initiation

  1. Request: Contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] to formally initiate your return. Please include your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and the return shipping address. Returns sent without a valid RMA number will be rejected.

B. Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any risk of loss associated with the shipment.

  • We highly recommend using a traceable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Best Fitters is not responsible for packages lost during transit back to our facility.

Refunds

  • Processing: Once your return is received and inspected by our Quality Control team (which may take up to 5 business days), we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Rejection: If the item fails to meet the conditions in Section 2, the refund will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

  • Method: Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

  • Timing: Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account after we initiate the credit.

Note: The original shipping fees paid on your order are non-refundable.

Exchanges (The Repurchase Method)

We utilize the Repurchase Method for all exchanges to ensure efficiency and accuracy:

  • Fastest Option: To guarantee the availability of the item, color, or size you need, please place a brand-new order on our website immediately.

  • Return Original: Follow the standard return process (Section 3) to send back the original item for a full refund (minus original shipping costs).

This method is the most reliable way to complete your exchange without waiting for inventory checks or transit times.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Immediate Contact: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the defect and your order number.

  • Resolution: If the defect is confirmed, Best Fitters will cover the return shipping costs and either send a replacement item or issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost.
